SHIPPING POLICY

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays. Standard shipping orders can take up to 3-5 days to process; express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM will ship on the next business day. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. 
 

Domestic:

All domestic orders over $200 ship UPS Ground for FREE!

Orders placed on saarlifestyle.com ship by UPS or USPS with a signature required for delivery.  If you request not to have to sign, you will be liable for lost or damaged goods.

Please note:  UPS is unable to deliver items to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPA address.

 

International:

At this time Saar Lifestyle cannot ship internationally.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

*We are happy to return full priced items for a refund in the original form of payment less $10 for return shipping*

We want you to feel amazing in your purchase, so if for some reason you want to return an item, we've made it super easy, email contact@saarlifestyle.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return shipping label. A pre-paid  shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply attach the UPS label on the outside of the package and drop your shipment off at your local UPS store or UPS facility. Regular price, unworn/unaltered merchandise will gladly be accepted for a refund so long as it is shipped back to us within 14 days of the your purchase date using the included UPS pre-paid shipping label. Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to you (the customer).

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Sale merchandise (not marked as FINAL SALE) can be returned for store credit ONLY subject to the same terms and conditions as regular priced items.  An easy pre-paid label will be included for sale merchandise but the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the store credit.

HOME GOODS
All goods must be returned in new unused condition with original tags attached.

JEWELRY
All jewelry may be returned in new unused condition with original tags attached and must be in perfect condition.

 

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are eligible for store credit only, however items purchased at 50% off or more or items purchased as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or credit and are considered FINAL SALE. This sale policy applies to all categories listed above.
